This is an affordable, pet-friendly place to stay in the Savannah area. It is also convenient to downtown Savannah. As a bonus, the park is adjacent to a large, well-manicured field of grass, which is great for kids.

Some of the amenities include a swimming pool and an outdoor pool. There are also walking trails. Another fun feature of the resort is a horseback riding stable.

The RV sites are very spacious. Even the economical ones have room to move around. However, there were a few issues with the site I booked. A few of the sites were unlevel, with some requiring 4.5″ of blocking on one side to be level.

The office staff was courteous and helpful. However, the WiFi was a bit slow and unreliable.

On the plus side, there are several restaurants near the park, including the Seoul Restaurant. In addition, it’s only a couple of blocks away from Morgan Bridge Boat Ramp.

Guests can rent a hammock, but they are required to abide by the city’s leash laws. You will need to do your own parking, though, since there is no on-site parking.
